I never have experienced this bad a customer service experience before. The man on the phone in billing was so rude, this is how tw their treat customers. They sont send me a bill then turn off my service. I had the internet service for a year then recently got tv service in july never recieved a bill in august. Only gotten a letter about my internet service goes to pay it and recieved a reciept with a hugh payment amount that is due. The charge me for 1/2 of july and august saying the prorated me for july noone informed me of this and they said i should have known. I do not work for tw so how wouild i know there billing cycle. Very unhappy with tw would not reconmmend anyone to get this service it stinks! Very unfair
