I have spent a total of over 40 hours trying to troubleshoot a problem wherby my HP printer wont print, cmomputer is new, printer is new, HP points to Microsoft, Microsoft points to Microsoft. I have been transfered through many departments inside HP no one seems to be able to help... Something about an Internal Kernel Driver Error... You would think two brand new devices would talk to each other nicely... HP support really leaves a lot to be desired... When it takes 45 minutes just to get to the right department... Still left without a computer that will print
