I received a noticed from GanderMtn that indicated take an additional 20% off clearance items. There was a link, I clicked it, numerous items came up, so I clicked on the CLEARANCE button, search for HONDA and found their eu1000i AND eu2000I generators on sale. Great, take my 20% and I will have Christmas early!
I placed the generator in the cart, added the 20% off promo code, not working, no discount.
I contacted the Customer Service (live chat) and explained that I read all the restrictions, it (Honda generators) was not in the exclusions by brand or by category. I want the 20% promo discount.
No dice, there are "other" non-listed exclusions and generators are one of them.
If it isn't listed, then I should receive the discount.
CS was friendly, but not helpful.
