New Envy wont print to New LaserJet

Tried to run the disk and it times out with an error, HP pc wont print to HP LaserJet... Totally ridiculous... Have spoken with support only to get routed around in circles for hours... Also spoke with microsoft that points back to HP and HP points to microsoft, no one wants to take responsibility
