I received a package notification on a Friday. The notice indicated the pick-up location was open from 9-5 on Saturday. I drove 20 minutes to arrive at the location on Saturday at 9:30 A.M., only to find a sign on the door indicating Saturday hours were 10-3. I had to return later in the day. When I asked the employee about the incorrect info on the notice he said the local employees had pointed out this problem to management, but this was a national change in hours and they didn't want to wait for new notifications to be printed... in other words, FedEx doesn't care if I'm busy or have to make an extra 40 minute trip in the rain. All I ask is for FedEx to have the courtesy to provide accurate information.
