FedEx was absolutely amazing at helping me ship a package internationally. My process began when I called their service helpline to figure out how to start. The customer service rep was helpful, directed me to where I needed to go on their website, and helped me find a location near me. When I arrived at the location, I was nervous because I was entirely new to the process of trying to mail something internationally, and the employees at the FedEx location were incredibly friendly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel secure in knowing that my package would arrive safely. My package also arrived a full day early to its location, making my entire process with FedEx from start to finish, excellent.
