I'm a regular B&BW customer and have probably purchased 100 3 wick candles in the last 12 months. I subscribe their e-mail notifications as I like to take advantage of the 2 for 1 candles specials.in today's (7/8) e-mail, it advertises that ALL 3 wick candles are $12 each. Once you click on the "shop" link, it takes you to the B&BW website and the selection of 3 wick candles is limited to a vew few - not ALL 3 wick candles. I contacted their customer service and I was told to scroll down the e-mail where all the fine print stating only certain candles are available at the $12 price. How many of you actually read all of the exclusions. Personally, when it says "all" candles in the main body of the e-mail, I expect "all" candles to be available. Quite frankly, their customer service is far from friendly. Although they tried to reinforce that I should read the fine print, I was told my comment would be shared with the appropriate department... Yeah, right!
