International Package Promised in One Week Took Four Weeks

FedEx has very poor service. I recently sent an international package. FedEx promised me it would be delivered in one week. Four weeks later, after 14 calls, 7 emails, and lots of excuses from FedEx customer service, it arrived.

My associates and I will never do business with this organization again!!
