I was shopping at Quintard Mall, 700 Quintard Dr Ste 100, Oxford, Alabama 36203 Phone: 256-831-2144. I was offered a Christmas button to win a free prize with code on back. I went online and won a a piece of jewelry and only had to pay the shipping costs - $5.99. I did not read the fine print and after 14 days I was charged an additional $98.00.By the time I noticed the second deduction from my account, 14 days had elapsed. I don’t expect to be charged for a “supposedly free prize” I won from our local JC Penney store. I expect my $98 to be refunded and I will not accept any further charges or jewelry.
