I am emailing at this time because I have some concerns and complaints.

I was originally lured into "choosing a 'free' gift" in early September.
On September 13th my debit card showed a charge of 5.99 which after some further searching I discovered that that was the shipping charge for my free gift.
Then on October 4th I had another charge of $98, which, of course was the
Full payment for the free gift. Upon even closer scrutiny, I realized in the very
Very fine print I was going to be charged for the jewelry piece IF I didn't return it
Within a certain amount of time. I wanted to email then and complain, but felt
It was partially my fault for having not read the fine print (no matter how small).
I decided then to return any further items from Kate Winston Jewelry. I, frankly
Was not impressed at all with the heart necklace I got free. AND I had to pay over
$100 for it.
OK, now... I got the next item and immediately sent it back. Refused it. Returned it. But to no avail. I got charged AGAIN for half of the price. $49 (11/5). So, I thought (apparently mistakenly) that perhaps the returned item and the charge had crossed in the mail AND that after the returned item was received my account would be rightfully refunded the $49.00. But, again, no. And now, the final blow, I have been charged for the remaining $49 (12/3). I know the item has been received by now.
So-o, what's the problem? What's up with this whole picture?
I respectfully request that the last $98.00 be refunded for an item I didn't receive. And
I would further appreciate no more items be sent me.

I hope this will be the end of this and I won't need to contact the Better Business Bureau.

PS~Oops, an addendum: Today, January 14th, I just received yet another Kate Winston
delivery. I can't believe that after they received the first item back there was no mention of any refund. And sent yet another item. I am sending it back but know that I will have another charge on my debit card.
