I mistakenly fell for a promo ad at the end of my activity at Amazon.com. After filling out a survey, I was offered a piece of jewelry and only had to pay the shipping costs - $5.99. I did not read the fine print and after 14 days I was charged an additional $98.00. The first charge was a trial charge for the piece.By the time I noticed the second deduction from my account, 14 days had elapsed. When I called Kate Winston Co., I was informed there absolutely no refunds or returns, we can't help you. Also, in the fine print they say you will receive a shipment of jewelery every month and be charged $49.00 w / no 14 day grace period.
