I redeemed points from the Coke a Cola website for a piece of jewelry for only the $5.99 shipping. I received a set of earrings which I had no idea were coming and thought someone had stolen my credit card so reported it to the fraud unit. I contacted Kate Winston today and apparently the account was cancelled on the 2nd. I certainly don't remember any of this and was beginning to thing I was just losing my mind until I started reading other complaints. This is a sneaky way of doing business. I am trying to get a return number and when I get the refund I'll have to give it back to the credit card company who covered this charge as a fraud loss. What a mess - not worth it to get the free item.
