Ford Taurus failed within a month, still on my credit

I bought a Ford Taurus. The car didn't last a month. I took the car back and they claimed they fixed the problem, but the car was never fixed. The car stalled on me and I left the car there. This was in VA in 1999; it's 2006 and it is on my credit report. I want to fight back. I'm fed up with this company and I want to file a lawsuit against it.
