In June 1999 I took my car (1990 Ford Taurus Wagon) to the Fallbrook branch of Ford Auto Care. The Air conditioning was blowing hot on cold and cold on hot. They diagnosed the problem and had me return for the repairs. I did. For the next three months I was there every week trying to get it fixed because what they did fixed nothing. After many try's to repair the problem, rentals, friends taking us places, they discovered in October that the first diagnoses was correct and that the parts must have been defective. They ordered the same parts and put them in, only to "Discover" that the cars "Orignial parts" where still in the airconditioner. Thus, the original repair, $350 and time, was never done! I paid for nothing to be done to my car!

They did finally, months later, fix the problem... I want justice! I have contacted the BBB and they heard nothing back from them. I want them to admit to everyone the problem, tell me they are sorry, and change their practices to ask EVERY CUSTOMER if they would like their parts returned or shown to them after they are done. I want them to check on their employees to make sure they are ordering and using the parts they should.

They have ignored me since this has happened. I want them to pay for their mistake! And learn from it!
