Fairbanks capital rewrote - or loan-would not accept mortgage payment. Call for customer service no reply at all. Tried to foreclose on our home without any written notice or a phone call.
When finally they call to let us know that our home is going up for auction and we have to hours to come up with 6500.00 or our home is gone. I really don't understand that this mortgage company is a big ripoff and makes money on foreclosures so us hardworking people lose their home and then they resale for profit to benefit them only.
My advice is to refinance with honest mortgage companies who care about people. Please be aware of this problem
