Voluntarily surrendered vehicle after warranty refusal on transmission

In 2002 we voluntarily surrendered a vehicle that Ford Motor and the dealership refused to honor the warranty for a faulty transmission since it was 52 miles over. Also, keep in mind this vehicle had been in for all kinds of issues and I have service reports to back it up.
