Ripoff: Bought old Debt from Ford Credit then they use aka's or contract out to collect through "Ocwen", "Midland Funding" and who knows. Dispute was deleted from Credit report and they sent another letter trying to collect AGAIN! Los Angeles

In 2002 we volentarly surrendered a vehicle that Ford Motor and the dealership refused to honor the warranty for a fautly transmission since it was 52 miles over. Also, keep in mind this vehicle had been in for all kinds of issues and I have service reports to back it up.
