Win for the little guy. Today at 9:56AM, June 16, I called to check on information reguarding this company trying to sue me. I found out and have a copy of a dismissal in regards of Midland Funding LLC vs *. This dismissal was granted by the request of Midland Funding LLC. I fought back and they asked for a dismissal. Don't know about anyone else, but that is a win in my book for me. All I can do is tell anyone being hounded by this company is not to give up. Fight back, do not allow anyone to make you feel backed into a corner.
