In July I received an offer from Citi Business Cards promising that if I used the credit card for purchases of at least $500.00 per month in August, September, and October, I would receive a $50 credit on my account. I met the purchase requirement for those months, but I did not receive the credit.
I called them repeatedly about this. They first told me they had no record of the offer, then told me I did not qualify during the month of August. They credited my account $25.00 but not the full $50.00. I faxed them the offer I received and later the proof that I qualified, with no response.
