The company's website says it specializes in helping people with bad credit get approved for personal loans and lines of credit, and that if you have bad credit or no credit, it will help get you a loan and stands by that guarantee. My payment receipt shows a $29.95 payment by credit/debit card on 11/1 at 6:31:25 PM.
They sent me a list of web sites that I could have, and already have, done on my own for just the cost of my time. The banks they sent me do not loan to people with bad credit. I feel like I was misled about what services they offer. I contacted them within the first hour after I received the list. So much for "we stand by that guarantee." I would like to get my money back, as I feel this is a scam.
The list they sent included fast cash loans, personal loans, home equity loans, credit cards, auto loans and debt consolidation loans from various banks and lenders. Thank you for your time and any assistance you are able to provide.
