On April 20 I received a call from the only (white) male employee of the office asking about my disability papers and when would I get then in. I explained that they were at the Doctor's office. He informed me that I was supposed to have them filled out every month and that they were late. I informed him that I was not told this and I had been using disability since 2010. He informed me that a payment was due and the forms would be processed when I brought them in, but in the mean while they needed a payment for $178.00. I told him I did not have $178.00. He told me to borrow it from my family. I informed him my family did not have the money. He told me to go" Hustle" and make the money. I became upset. I asked him did he know that "Hustle" to a black female meant that I was suppose to sell my body or stand on the corner. I asked him did he know that he was talking to a Minister. It was very funny to him. He them began to laugh at me and was laughing when he told me he was sorry. He said he meant for me to have a yard sell. I would not except his apologize and I hung up on him. This happen on a Friday night. I did not sleep at all because I was upset. I am a 65 year old female and I do not appreciate being talked too this way.
