The grooming manager at the Petco store in Chula Vista, CA "man-handled" my dog while he was being groomed. I believe her name is Laura, and she is the grooming manager (I saw her picture on a poster by the door). She was trimming underneath his ear while he was lying down, then pulled him up by his ears to make him stand up. She shaved my dog's coat completely to the skin even though I had asked for nothing shorter than a 3-blade, and his face was shaved too!
Before this, I saw her mistreat the other dogs that were being groomed, yelling at the dogs that were being uncooperative. She was completely rude when she was confronted and denied the whole thing, even though I saw it through their window. She should not be working there and should get fired. Why should "Pets go" to Petco when they are not treated right?
