Rip off bait and switch

This company was supposed to send merchandise for $9.95, but took 169.00 from my credit company account. I have no merchandise from them. The money was returned to my account 2 times, but I see it is back on my credit account today. This company needs to be closed down. I cannot even find a web address any longer.
