Citibank refused to reverse charges from a merchant I purchased a timeshare from, even though I provided documentation of the cancellation. The reason they gave was that, per MasterCard Association rules, if a vendor refuses your cancellation, they cannot reverse the charges. I contacted MasterCard directly and they had no idea what I was talking about. This credit card company is untruthful... I am canceling immediately. Very disappointed...
