I purchased a ticket online from Priceline and the name showed up as just a bunch of letters... Not even close to my name. They would not change the name and neither would they refund it. I spent $182 on ticket that I can't use... And the travel insurance they slid into the purchase wont cover it either. And if that wasn't bad enough... I found a charge from a company called Reservation Rewards on my Credit Card unauthorized and when I called them they said they got my information from... Yep Priceline!!! These kind of stuff shouldn't happen.
