Money Back Gaurantee

I have given three vehicles for sale in the month of April and paid $499.00 each for three of them, total of 1497.00, and contacted them to sell them immediately because I had my bypass surgery and was unable to drive these cars. I contacted them at least every week to sell them at prices they have suggested and asked them to make every effort to sell them. I asked every time if there was anything left in my ad; they asked me for pictures. I requested some of my friends to do that for me and confirmed two to three times that they had received the pictures; they confirmed to me. And for the third vehicle, they told me that for the Honda Pilot they put the picture by themselves and told me not to worry, they would do their best to sell them immediately, but nothing was ever heard from them, and I had to contact them once. I requested to the lady on the telephone that I was going back home and needed money to spend for the ticket and expenses at the end of June, so please sell at least one car at any price the market suggests. After I got back from Pakistan I called them; what happened to my vehicle? They asked me to reduce the price of the vehicle. I reduced it twice as per their instruction, but they did nothing and never told me to send any more pictures or do any new thing I had to do. After 4 months the market continuously dropped and they were unable to sell my vehicle, and I requested after 5 months that if they were unable to sell, refund my money, but they promised to return it only after 6 months, and now they have refused to pay, as I have not sent the picture properly for tail, dashboard, etc. That is why they are refusing the payment, in this century when every corner has a show and buyers study the market before they buy, and they have computers to find everything in minutes. Now the market value decreased by 3000, and the 2010 corolla le is sold for 14000. How can I sell my vehicle? Actually, they haven't made any effort and wasted my market value of cars, and I depend on a company who is misleading the innocent people.
