This company is nothing but a huge scam! Several monthes ago I was trying to sell my vehicle through newspaper ads and an online ad which I had contacted first. I never contacted OneStopMotors at all.
Well, these bloodsuckers immediately started hassling me, knowing my car was for sale. They would have people persistently call me almost everyday.
Finally, after many attempts to reach me I spoke with a supposed customer service rep named Bret Caldwell. He did his little sales pitch. At the end of it all he told me that my car would sell in a few weeks because everyone was looking for a vehicle like mine.
I was duped out of $499. I was very very hesitant and not feeling comfortable at all about spending so much money on an ad. But he and someone named Sean kept trying to reassure me that my vehicle would sell in a few weeks and that I would get the commission check.
Sean said they make their money through the financing of the vehicle and not actually seeing the vehicle took it upon himself to bogusly appraise my vehicle at a ridiculous price (overpriced). I am thoroughly disgusted with these people.
They also reassured me that if my vehicle didn't sell within 40 days then they would pay for the advertising which they did not do with my vehicle. Supposedly it was on ebay and some other online ads which I failed to see.
I was also suckered into this scam by them promising me that if my vehicle doesn't sell I would get a 100% money back guarantee. That was the only way I would agree.
Well, it has been well over two monthes and I still have not sold the vehicle nor did I receive even one offer for it.
I tried contacting these people by calling and through email with no response, of course. They know they are in the wrong but they don't care. They will tell anyone anything they want to hear just to get their money like me and I want my money back!!!
Onestopmotors and all the people that work there are very dishonest and unethical! These people have no morals or conscience at all to be ripping off the public the way they have! They need to get out of business and refund all the people they suckered their money back!
I want this company to refund me my money!!! I am truly fed up with liar companies like this!!!
