Like many others, I am a loyal Petco PALS customer. Petco advertises that if you buy 10 bags of dog food, your next bag is free. I bought my 10th bag on February 6. I called in March, and they said my coupon would be mailed March 26, and in the meantime I needed to buy another bag. It is now April 11, and I still have not received the coupon that Petco claims was mailed on March 26.
It has now been more than two months since I purchased my 10th bag, and I am about to buy my next bag at a different store, still without having received a coupon.
