Kept part of premium after failing to deliver service

Home Warranty of America of Lincolnshire Nebraska is a totally dishonest company, and everyone should stay clear. They could not deliver the service and still kept a chunk of my premium after I asked them not to cancel unless they gave me all of my money back. It was just one lie after another.
