Ripoff sent wrong cartridges two months after ordered

I ordered two cartridges for my sons printer, it took two months for them to send the ink after sending them 3 emails and calling 5 times with no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB two days after filing I received an email saying my ink was shipped.

When I received the ink it was two different kinds and neither one was for my sons printer. I went to the web site filled out the paper work printed out the paper work and sent the ink back to them. I filed a complaint with the consumer affairs dept on them. That was two months ago.

On Oct 6th I received an email saying they had email problems. It was a general email with no information about my ink or the money I paid. I am a single mom and cannot afford to be ripped off. $40 may not seam alot to most people but is means a lot to a single mom. I will tell anyone and everone I come in contact with or any website I can post on not to buy from this company. They are dishonest, liars, and need to be put out of business.

Please do not buy from these people!
