I ordered something on Amazon and this is the first time they used FedEx. They said they delivered it at 1:01pm. Well guess what I was home at that time and NO ONE KNOCKED. It's impossible I didn't hear it because my living room is a few steps away from the door. And I live in an apartment so there's only 1 door? Impossible for them to knock in a different door right? But let's look at some possibilities on why I didn't get it.
- The driver was probably too lazy to get off the truck so he decided not to. My apartment has stairs and he/she probably hate stairs.
- They didn't knock and just left the package so someone probably took it.
- They went to the wrong building?
Let's talk about customer service. I called to ask what to do because I've never lost a package before (Because it's always been USPS or UPS.) Throwing that out there.
- The guy was so rude. I asked him what to do and he was so rude that I didn't understand him. He was giving me attitude when I was talking to him nicely. He was being sarcastic too. They should probably fire him. He doesn't deserve that job. His rudeness!!! Ugh.
Now I'm scared to order something off of Amazon because it might happen again.
I just want to say that I paid for shipping so no, I am not going to the post office to retrieve it myself.
