I'm not angry with Fedex, but I'm so irate with this particular delivery driver that I had to leave a review somewhere, anywhere. I live in an apartment and ordered a large TV, and I was really looking forward to having some help get it up the stairs. However, he knocked on my door and I kid you not, must have left immediately. I answered 10-15 seconds later because I was expecting him. And he hightailed it away. He clearly did not want to help haul it up the stairs. So I grabbed my keys, got on my shoes, and drove to the apartment office where he was unloading my package. I caught him before he'd even gotten in the door. The management knows me and we all asked him to help me get it at least to my car. He looked furious. I was frankly surprised and a bit scared. As a 20 year girl, I was hoping he'd at least offer to help me a little. But instead he helped me load it half way into the car, smacking my head with the box in the process, and left before it had even gotten all the way in. I had a rough time getting it up the stairs on my own because he'd torn up the handles beforehand. There are plenty of words I could used, but I'll just say this man was a jerk. I wish I could leave a review on him as an individual, but this will have to qualm my anger. My head still hurts over half an hour later. Not what I would call good service.
