I ordered something on Amazon and this is the first time they used FedEx. They said they delivered it at 1:01pm. Well guess what I was home at that time and NO ONE KNOCKED. It's impossible I didn't hear it because my living room is a few steps away from the door. And I live in an apartment so there's only 1 door? Impossible for them to knock in a different door right? But let's look at some possibilities on why I didn't get it.
- The driver was probably too lazy to get off the damn truck so he decided not to. My apartment has stairs and he/she probably hate stairs.
- They didn't knock and just left the package so someone probably took it.
- They went to the wrong building?
Let's talk about customer service. I called to ask what do I do because I've never lost a package before (Because it's always been USPS or UPS.) Throwing that out there.
- The guy was so rude. I asked him what do I do and he was so rude that I didn't understand him. He was giving me attitude when I was talking to him nicely. He was being a smart ass too. They should probably fire him. He doesn't deserve that job. His rudeness!!! Ugh.
Now I'm scared to order something off of Amazon because it might happen again.
I just want to say that i paid for shipping so hell no i am not going to the post office to retrieve it myself.
