I ordered something on Amazon, and this is the first time they used FedEx. They said they delivered it at 1:01pm. Well, guess what? I was home at that time and no one knocked. It is impossible that I did not hear it, because my living room is a few steps away from the door. And I live in an apartment, so there is only 1 door. It is impossible for them to knock on a different door, right? But let's look at some possibilities for why I did not get it.
- The driver was probably too lazy to get off the truck, so he decided not to. My apartment has stairs, and he or she probably hates stairs.
- They did not knock and just left the package, so someone probably took it.
- They went to the wrong building?
Let's talk about customer service. I called to ask what to do because I have never lost a package before (because it has always been USPS or UPS). Throwing that out there.
- The guy was so rude. I asked him what to do, and he was so rude that I did not understand him. He gave me attitude when I was talking to him nicely. He was being sarcastic too. They should probably fire him. He does not deserve that job. His rudeness!!! Ugh.
Now I am scared to order something off of Amazon because it might happen again.
I just want to say that I paid for shipping, so no, I am not going to the post office to retrieve it myself.
