Refund denied because original receipt not present. Separate refunds had to go to separate addresses with only one reciept. Apple has no intention of giving you the refund it promises you in the store. It isn't possible to have 2 original receipts and 2 UPCs off of one purchase. I deeply regret purchasing my apple computer and to top it off the finish on my 3 month old MacBook Pro looks awful because the finish was not properly sealed. So, let's all give apple another 10 years to try to get its act together.
