The ceo office wont help. I spoke with Emily and Shawn. They also said it's no use writing because the complaint goes to them. Raised my rates double. Wont work with us. Satelite constantly goes out in Ohio weather. Have to call tech support. Go through complete automated line to try and fix and then wait for ts to reboot it from downtown. At leasta 30 to 40 minute call once a week.
