Unkept Promises and Poor Service Compared to Time Warner

Beware of Direct tv promises they do not deliver and forget about their customer service, they are there to win their arguments without solving your issues and they try to make you sound stupid I am so sorry for leaving time warner never had a problem with them and their customer service was great
