Worst Internet I've ever had. Snapshot included. (DL speed)

I have added a snapshot to show my true download speed. You can also see it says direcpath in the image, at the far left. They are complete idiots. Who gives more upload than download. Who gives less download speed and more upload, just stupid. Http://i45. Tinypic.com/10d6s2d.jpg
