Installed DirecPath service yesterday 11/07 in Miami area 33025. Gold package for 39.95 which suppose to have 3.0 meg of download speed. Not even close. Call them the same day about cancelation of this service. CSR says no refund on $102 payment which was made before installation. Speed this morning 0.18 megabites, what a joke. I print speed test records for credit card charges dispute. The most speed so far was 1.08 megs when CSR was pinging connection. I do not recommend using direcpath in Miami area
