Since 12/12, I had a problem with access card at first, they promised to send another, However, before the card arrived I spoke to a Minnerva or someone like that on Thursday 12/15, and told her the receiver was unable to turn on. So she told me I would have to pay $21.24 for shipping and would have to submit a credit card before she would ship it. I said why can't you bill me and she said If I didn't give her credit card # she can't ship so I gave her my credit card no. And was told it would be kept on file for the future. I did not appreciate being treated like a person that doesnt pay her bill. I have been a customer too many years to be treated like that. My name is Sheryll Lounck, My Acct # is 28740676. I was told I would only get $1.24 for my compensation for the inconvenience.
