After paying the final bill earlier this month, Today they emailed us that we owe more and they will take it out of our account. We called them to find out what the deal was... Guess what? They have decided that in 2011 somehow we watched five movies that we weren't billed for then and never watched... When Steve asked to discuss the matter with a supervisor none was available, but we are allowed to file a dispute form... So they really wonder why we got rid of them?
