First installment day was planned for Tues. 12/23/8. We specefically requested when there is an issue or deploy did not occur to contact another telephone, alternatively we obtained a phone call early that day in the house phone number declaring the specialist was ill (snowstorm) and also the installment needed to be rescheduled. Fresh installment day was today 1/2/9 between 12:00 - 4:00, installer never named or confirmed. We named DirecTV and was informed the specialist signed-off his work-order, declaring we were not house. I became popular function and we WERE HOME ALL DAY LONG. Our presumption... The specialist did not experience connecting operating. DirecTV is completely conscious of this incompetant organization addressing them-and ideally will discover another supply to complete their installations. Next "alleged" deploy and ultimate endeavor for that mount is Tus. 1/6/9. We will notice. The corporation SMELLS!!!
