I have only had Direct Path for 3 months and it has been a BIG problem! The speed My service runs from. 06 to maybe 3.2. I was (sold) a 4.0. Every time I call I have to run a speed test that ALWAYS says it's slow? Well, then its some kind of excuse from the weather to solar flares come on? I live a building that forces us to use this terrible service. This is like a full time job for ME to check the speed! And then I'm expected to pay a full bill for this?
