I am calling about Charlie - employee #C7 and Daniel, employee 7Q in Costa Rica. Time Warner Cable shut down my service, internet and phone during the time that I conduct overseas business for "maintenance issues". I was never given any notice of this either by email, phone call, nothing. The only thing they could do was repeat from a pre-scripted sheet that "We're sorry for the inconvenience but this is necessary, blah blah." I received no credit for the time I didn't have service and yet, I'm still expected to pay for service I'm not getting. The worst customer service ever.
