My name is Stephanie Gregory, and when I attempted to get service with Time Warner Cable I was told I owed them $972.00. I've never had service with them. Someone used my name and their address to get cable. The account has an address from a completely different state than I do. I'm EXTREMELY irritated. When I asked the representative how I could go about fixing it, I was told that it's in my name so she needs a payment now otherwise it's going to go on my credit. I'm only 20yrs old and I have good credit so this needs to be resolved before I take legal actions against Time Warner Cable.
