I have been a windstream customer for 6 months and have had 6 months of poor service my service goes out atleast onece a week i can not stream videos because my speed is too slow being in a big city (Lexington KY) i do not understand this i have called in for 6 months asking for help i keep being told that all is fine and i shouldnt be having problems like they are trained to do but there is a problem and i can not be the only with this problem
