On the day of installation my 8-12 became 12-5. I should of known back then that I would have problems. Dish network recently took an extra 621.00 out of my account. After phone calls and customer service and even supervisors I will have checks bouncing in my account cause they took it out and can't put it in the same way. I was told that their programs can't do that. I was also told that they were not able to stop the transaction. I have to wait for a check in the mail. That is not good enough. Dish made the mistake within 24 hours. They should be able to put the money back in within 24 hrs. I should not be paying for their mistakes.
