Cancelled direcpath services Nov. 2011 and moved out of state. Received bill for December service. I called them several times to stop billing me, to no avail.in March, they sent me to collections, so I paid it even though I didn't owe it, just to get them off my back. It's nearly August and I continue to receive threatening notices, even though I have given them proof several times that my bank paid this in March. Does anyone manage this business? The braindead employees are incompetent and unable to resolve this simple issue.
