3/26 9:15 AM named Cox re: disturbance and television image briefly going dark.

3/27 First fix reaction - Recommended that regular payment could be decreased from $120. To $92.46 per mo. Changed splitter

Experienced ongoing issue with party briefly blacking out

4/1 Minute fix reaction — approximately 6pm another splitter (outdoors) changed and mounted lg. Blackbox.

4/5 Third repair response — Experienced continued interference after service call.

4/20 Next support reply - Lastly the issue was solved. Small Motorola blackbox mounted.

Was recommended on 4/20 by " Eric" the payment could be modified to $92.27 / mo. Statement obtained was $122. Plus

Approached payment of the over charge and was directed the whole could be modified on subsequent statement.

5/14 Next statement debited from accnt. Was $122.89

In the place of continuing the guarantees by Cox of an change, we simply finished support. It's obvious that cox guarantees to rectify an issue, but will not correct it.
