We've Cox web and wire, but Qwest phone, etc November 11 I changed from Qwest to Cox. Telephone service. Well, once they created the change, we'd no phone support for that first 5 times, lastly they delivered a specialist to repair it, 3 days after we named. Then your telephone worked, however the fax line rang many times each day and noone was about the point, and so I named over and over, so that they delivered another specialist twice in 2 times, also it still called, therefore we quit. Today I get my payment, plus they included $27 to the bill for "fix". Trying to correct what they mounted improperly. So I named them nowadays plus they stated they'd place in that I challenge the cost and I would like to understand the end result on Dec. 27th... Is that this theft or what??
