Slow service

They're slow. I called yesterday evening to see if there were any available technicians for tomorrow to install my cable and wifi in case I get off early-there were availabilities. So today (Thursday) I get off early call Direct Path up so I can get my stuff set up and no availabilities! So now I'm waiting until Tuesday because they can't on Monday.
